The new hires are designed to expand and integrate Revel’s marketing, customer experience and ecommerce capabilities with its expanding portfolio of technology-backed solutions.

Krishnan, an Engagement Lead on Revel’s Solutions Design & Delivery team, will focus on developing cross-functional solutions designed to solve some of business’s most complex marketing, customer experience and e-commerce challenges. He will work to ensure that business strategies are supported by the right blend of skilled resources, efficient operating models and modern technology platforms.
Krishnan’s background includes leading omnichannel customer experience, e-commerce, cloud management solutions and digital marketing initiatives for clients across multiple industries, including managing highly-complex, Adobe-based digital marketing campaigns that integrated marketing, analytics, search and IT teams around a common mission. He previously held senior roles at Accenture Digital and Deloitte Consulting and has worked with clients in the technology, retail, financial services, manufacturing and food service industries.
DeRuyter, a Manager on Revel’s Digital Transformation team, will focus on helping clients define, design and deliver solutions tailored to increasing customer engagement through relevant, contextual, and frictionless digital experiences.
DeRuyter’s background includes digital retail strategy, customer experience, mobile point-of-sale, data analytics and large-scale B2B e-commerce initiatives. He’s known for user-centered design thinking, Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced high-performance team environments, with a wealth of digital product development, product management and consulting experience. He’s held a variety of both corporate and consulting roles at REI, T-Mobile, AT&T and Motricity.
