Randy joined Revel Consulting in 2009 with more than 20 years of project leadership, management consulting and software development experience, including prior consulting through Point B and Robert Half Technology. Randy has worked in the fields of healthcare, telecommunications, geosciences, and energy and has focused primarily on health information technology services since 1997, enabling higher quality and safer patient care at lower costs. Cullen Gray, Engagement Leader
Cullen Gray is a seasoned IT and business management professional with over 10 years experience in both the telecom and software industry.  After receiving his MBA from the University of San Francisco, Cullen had a very successful career working with start-ups and was instrumental in the successful building and ultimate sale of three early stage companies.  After sale of the last start-up company, Cullen began his career in business management consulting with BearingPoint and has been at Microsoft for the last 5 years as both an FTE and consultant.  Cullen joined Revel in 2009 with a proven background in business process improvement, project/program management, marketing, finance and operations roles in the hi-tech and wireless telecom industries.  In his spare time Cullen enjoys golfing, sea kayaking and spending time with family enjoying the outdoors. Prior to joining the Revel team, Arif spent more than six years with Accenture, implementing enterprise wide technology solutions driving tangible business results. A veteran consultant with more than ten years experience in designing and implementing IT-based business solutions, he leads Revel's solutions integration efforts as part of the firm's Software as a Service (SaaS) practice. Arif brings critical industry experience and an entrepreneurial spirit that are paramount to Revel's Pure Consulting approach.
