Revel Consulting Named One of Washington’s Best Companies to Work For June 26, 2009 Commitment to “Pure Consulting” and Community-Building Increases Employee Satisfaction and Adds New Business
KIRKLAND, WA – Revel Consulting, a Kirkland, Washington based business and business management consulting firm, announced it was named to the list of Washington state’s 100 Best Companies to Work For by Seattle Business Monthly Magazine at an event last night. Award winners were chosen based on an independent survey completed by company employees who were asked to rate job satisfaction, work environment, and professional growth opportunities. Survey results show that Revel’s consultants value the firm’s focus on project variety, work-life balance, building of an internal community and its ongoing mentorship program. “This award shows that our Pure Consulting model is working while the traditional industry model is broken,” said Brett Alston, Revel Co-Founder and Managing Partner. “Our approach offers our consultants something truly unique in today’s marketplace – project freedom and responsibility coupled with the mentorship and camaraderie of our Revel community. Currently the firm has more than 90 consultants and expects that number to continue to grow in the second half of 2009.
