Telecom and Marketing Expert Joins Management Team at Revel Consulting

New Hire to Support Client Services, Expand Firm’s Capabilities

KIRKLAND, WA – Revel Consulting, a Kirkland, Washington based business and business management consulting firm, announced today the appointment of Russ Rogers as the firm’s Consulting Director. Rogers is veteran businessman with more than 20 years experience in designing and implementing sales and marketing plans as well as leading organizations through market and geographic expansion. As Consulting Director, he will oversee and ensure the success of Revel’s existing client engagements, assist in growing the firm’s business to new industries and drive professional development opportunities for the firm’s consultants.

Rogers joins Revel after more than 10 years at Microsoft Corporation where he directed several key marketing and business development groups including the company’s Small Medium Business (SMB) Business Decision Maker (BDM) Engagement Strategy efforts. While the Director of Worldwide Midmarket Marketing, he grew the company’s Medium Business marketing efforts from the ground up, increasing revenues in this space from $1.5 to $7 billion.

Prior to Microsoft, Rogers worked as the Director of International Development for AT&T Wireless where he responsible for global market valuation and development, including directing efforts that led to $4 billion of investment in markets including Canada, Ireland, Mexico, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Rogers got his start in telecommunications with McCaw Cellular, serving as Product Development Manager, where he led customer research, marketing strategy and launched the company’s VoiceMail and TDMA Digital Service.

Rogers is a graduate of the University of Washington and The George Washington University School of Business. He resides in Sammamish, Wash. with his wife Nicole and their four children.
