Company’s consulting services are in-demand in Australia

BELLEVUE, WA - Revel Consulting, a world-class business management consulting firm, announced today that it has expanded internationally, offering consulting services to subsidiary operations of a leading software firm in Australia. In July 2005, Revel began the engagement to deliver end-to-end strategic and tactical marketing execution within the subsidiary. The work spans client groups, corporate initiatives and improvements in business processes and tools.

The company’s core responsibilities include:

  • Building continuous dialogue with internal business users
  • Working with internal segment leads to ensure appropriate corporate messages are delivered
  • Engaging with external areas impacted by marketing-centered change
  • Defining local success criteria for technology tools
  • Ensuring that a structured acceptance framework is followed by the subsidiary adoption team so that issues and risks can be clearly articulated throughout the project lifecycle
  • Developing, owning and managing subsidiary efforts as measured against a corporate adoption plan
  • Managing corporate and executive communications on behalf of the subsidiary
