Wright State University, Bachelor of Science in Production Management and Masters in Business Administration - Finance

Experience:

With more than two decades of experience in wireless, Jim has worked directly with leading minds from across industries to address the most critical and game changing issues mobile technologies pose to today’s business environment. What attracted me to Revel?

“No matter the industry, Revel’s approach is focused on innovation and continual progress – two factors that spoke directly to me. At Revel, I found a firm that wasn’t standing back and watching the mobile transformation, but rather leading the way with some of the most influential companies across the many markets touched by wireless technologies.”

What attracted you to Revel?

“Revel caught my eye because I love working with highly talented, capable people on projects that have an impact. There is so much to do to support Revel as it continues to grow rapidly – the challenge of scaling Revel’s operations while still providing personal best-in-class support to Revel clients and Associates is truly an amazing opportunity.”

Experience:

Brett’s biggest strength is his uncanny ability to move programs and projects from ideation to reality. As a Manager at Arthur Andersen and Hitachi Consulting, he’s demonstrated this skill time and again and brings an important “big firm” perspective to Revel’s operations team.

Jacques Le

Director

Jacques Le

Education:

University of Washington - Electrical Engineering

Experience:

Having previously worked for some of the big players in consulting – Accenture and Deloitte – Jacques has big industry experience helping clients at Fortune 100 and 500 companies, as well as multi-billion dollar state government agencies.

What attracted me to Revel Consulting:

“I wanted to join a growing consulting firm whose values aligned with my own belief that clients deserve a very high level of service and value for their investment in us. I also saw the opportunity to be an integral part of building and growing Revel’s business to reach its full potential.”

What PURE Consulting means to me:

“Revel’s PURE Consulting model has completely changed my approach to consulting. Because I used to work on large projects at large firm, it was difficult to make that one-on-one connection with clients to truly drive the needed change in their business. With PURE Consulting, we have the opportunity to work farther up in the process with clients to help refine their strategy and execution plans, making a big impact in their business end-to-end. We become a trusted partner because of the relationships we build and the shared commitment to their goals and business.”

How PURE Consulting impacts me – in both my professional and personal life:

“PURE Consulting makes me look at business challenges from a different lens. I used to put up barriers that said ‘this isn’t my job to recommend A vs. B’. But through our PURE approach, I’m one-on-one with my client and I have the liberty, and responsibility, to make those recommendations and help them take their business to the next level. Applying that same perspective to my personal life, it’s changed the value I add to my family and friends.”

Personal Time:

Jacques has two activities that keep him active outside of work: soccer and golf – however self-admittedly both games are “slowly deteriorating with age”. When not working on his game, he feeds his appetite for financial markets and technology by reading about new business models + strategy, finance and the stock market. Of course spending time with his wife, their dog Ahjee, and their family and friends always remains a top priority in midst of a busy, active life.

Russ Rogers

Marketing Director

Russ Rogers

Arif Samad

Manager

Arif Samad

Education:

University of Washington, Mechanical Engineering

What attracted me to Revel?

“Although I had great experiences working for larger companies, I saw Revel as providing a real opportunity to grow my career quickly. Revel’s commitment to its employees and an aggressive, but clear vision to enable career growth showed me it was the right place for me to take my career to the next level.”

What PURE Consulting means to me:

“In my past consulting experiences, the approach to client support was very cookie cutter with consultants following a set formula. PURE Consulting provides a different approach which empowers our associates with the tools and very unique business opportunities to break the mold, driving new ideas and true value for our clients.”

What do you like about Seattle and the Puget Sound Area?

“There are only a few places in our country where after a long day at work you can drive home to such an amazing view provided by Lake Washington and the Olympic Mountains - regardless how much it rains! Seattle has great food, has a unique combination of scenic, recreational activities with challenging professional opportunities.”

Experience:

Prior to joining Revel, Arif worked in consulting and management roles in the finance (Primatics Financial), aerospace (The Boeing Company) and consulting (Accenture) industries. Arif’s background has equipped him to work within large client organizations identifying areas for process improvement and providing project and program management expertise.

How does PURE Consulting impact your clients and the manner in which you deliver solutions?

“PURE Consulting turns the traditional consultant-client relationship upside down. Rather than simply a project manager, this approach allows Revel to provide consultants who understand the ins and outs of each client’s business and can serve as an advocate for our client’s business interests.”

Personal Time:

If you catch Arif onsite with clients or in the halls at Revel HQ, he’s likely to bend your ear with the latest scores from his favorite Seattle sports teams. An avid supporter of the Seattle Mariners, Seattle Seahawks and the University of Washington Huskies, year round there is a sport he’s up to date on.

What PURE Consulting means to me:

“One of the main ways Revel pulled me in was through PURE Consulting’s gravitas.
